Pensri Asvanitchya Wanglee, M.D.
Chairman of the Board

Dr. Pensri A. Wanglee is Wanglee Holding’s Chairman of the Board. She has dedicated her life to the care of children. Pensri is a retired Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, retired Associate Professor of Pediatrics for Temple University, and retired Attending Physician for Outpatient and Emergency Medicine at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. Pensri holds a Post-Doctoral Degree in Pediatrics from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine. Since her retirement, Dr. Pensri has been enjoying the Florida sunshine and helping her three children and seven grandchidren grow and prosper. Dr. Pensri is proud of the fact that all of her grandchildren are taller than her!


Deborah Wanglee Sundlof, D.O.
President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Deborah W. Sundlof is Wanglee Holding’s President and Chief Executive Officer. Deb is also a cardiologist for the Lehigh Valley Heart Institute specializing in Cardio-Oncology and Congestive Heart Failure. She is the Co-Director of the Women’s Heart Program and Co-Director of the Cardiology Program for her practice. Deb serves as the Physician Medical Director of the Regional Heart Center Muhlenberg and is an Assistant Professor of the University of South Florida. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Gettysburg College and a D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Deb is an active volunteer for the American Heart Association and is an avid alpine skier and runner. Dr. Sundlof aspires to not be mistaken for her identical twin sister Dr. Wald (below)!


Joyce Wanglee Wald, D.O.
Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Joyce W. Wald is Wanglee Holding’s Chief Operating Officer overseeing administration, planning and logistics for the organization. Joyce is also a Professor of Clinical Medicine with Penn Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. She is the Director of Practice Development for Penn Medicine’s Cardiology Department and Associate Director of the Penn Medicine Mechanical Circulatory Support Program. Joyce’s medical expertise includes heart transplantation, advanced heart failure and circulatory assist devices. She holds a B.S. in Biology from Gettysburg College and a D.O. from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. Joyce is a world champion dragon boat coxswain and is known to shop occasionally.


Paul Yin-Peng Wanglee, C.F.A.
Chief Financial Officer

Paul Y. Wanglee is Wanglee Holding’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing corporate strategy and corporate finance for the organization. Paul is also Wawa, Incorporated’s Senior Treasury Analyst – overseeing long-range financial planning and managing daily cash flows. Since 2006, Paul has served on the Board of Directors of The Church Foundation which oversees the endowment for the Episcopal Diocese of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Paul is a Trustee on the Board of Directors of the 319 Main Line Center – dedicated to supporting substance abuse recovery programs. Paul has held the Chartered Financial Analyst (C.F.A.) designation since 1998. Prior to Wawa, Paul was a Portfolio Manager for The Vanguard Group, an Executive Director for Goldman Sachs Asia, and a Senior Reliability Engineer at Northrop Grumann’s Space and Advanced Technology Division. Paul holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. in Finance from Penn’s Wharton School of Business. Paul loves automobiles, aerospace technology, crunching numbers for fun (naturally), and tinkering in his workshop!
